- Selection and qualification of project-specific suppliers
- Identification, evaluation and onboarding of new suppliers, taking into account quality, costs, delivery performance and sustainability criteria
- Monitoring of KPIs and implementation of improvement measures
- Active participation in cross-functional projects within the global procurement organisation
- Conducting market analyses, benchmarking and risk analyses
- Conducting price and contract negotiations with international suppliers
- Helping to shape and further develop global procurement processes and tools
How you convince us
- A completed technical or business degree (university or university of applied sciences, e.g. industrial engineering, electrical engineering, supply chain management, business administration)
- Several years’ professional experience in strategic procurement
- Experience in international sourcing, preferably in Eastern Europe
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes in mechanical engineering and sheet metal working
- Business fluency in English
- Experience with SAP

Salary
You can expect an attractive and market-compliant salary. The minimum salary on a full-time basis is EUR 3.800,-- gross per month. Of course, we pay more – depending on your qualifications and professional experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package awaits you.Benefits
