What you achieve with us
• Design and further development of work systems using piping systems and connectors (e.g., BEEwatec, Bosch...)
• Designing, redesigning, and optimizing existing workstations and production systems
• Collaborating with a small, well-coordinated team within the improvement workshop
• Independently implementing solutions—even without detailed plans or drawings
• Supporting the continuous improvement of assembly and production processes
How you convince us
• Completed vocational training in the metalworking field (e.g., metalworker) or comparable practical experience
• Solid knowledge of metalworking combined with manual dexterity
• Experience in assembling structures or mounting systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and precise manner
• Ability to develop and implement pragmatic solutions (“hands-on mentality”)
• Ability to work in a team and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Resilience and flexibility
• Interest in new tasks and continuous improvement

Salary
You can expect an attractive and market-compliant salary. The minimum salary on a full-time basis is EUR 3.100,-- gross per month. Of course, we pay more – depending on your qualifications and professional experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package awaits you.Benefits
