What you achieve with us
- Strategic and operational consulting for managers on all HR-related matters.
- Support for managers and executive leadership on labor law issues.
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, offboarding).
- Participation in HR projects and further development of HR processes and tools.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., payroll, works council).
- End-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process (needs analysis, job posting, interviews, offer management).
How you convince us
- Completed degree with a focus on HR, business administration, law, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of labor law.
- Excellent consulting and communication skills.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- High level of interpersonal skills and trustworthiness.
