What you achieve with us
- Technical repair and maintenance of KEBA Group ATMs and the associated handover systems.
- Dispatcher-coordinated initial and escalation service calls supported by a modern mobile app.
- Commissioning of ATMs at customer sites in collaboration with logistics providers.
- Training of ATM operators, logistics staff, and cash-in-transit (CIT) personnel.
- Collaboration with additional contracted service partners.
- Contributing to the improvement of device quality through detailed reporting of issues and recurring faults.
How you convince us
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g. in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or a related field.
- Ideally, practical experience in servicing self-service systems in both hardware and software.
- very good German and English language skills.
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, customer-oriented mindset, high level of personal responsibility, and willingness to travel occasionally.
