- As the interface between product management and development, you create requirements and priorities for our charging stations.
- You are responsible for the continuous optimization and support of our software solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- In doing so, you work on large development projects as well as on the implementation of product innovations.
- You create detailed technical solution concepts based on the business requirements defined by product management.
- You keep track of the latest updates to standards in areas such as bidirectional charging and ensure their rapid integration into our product portfolio.
- You define user stories in line with requirements and manage the product backlog.
- Presenting complex topics in a clear and understandable way for stakeholders comes naturally to you.
- You provide multiple teams with requirements and ensure they can be implemented according to priorities.
- Coordination with existing and new customers at home and abroad, as well as close collaboration with development teams and other product owners, complete your role.
- You plan and conduct sprint reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve the product and working processes.
How you convince us
- Completed technical education (HTL, university or university of applied sciences) in the fields of computer science, software engineering, business informatics, or similar.
- Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner (firmware, etc.), Requirements Engineer, or Solution Architect.
- Planning and facilitation of sprint reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve the product and development processes.
- Experience in leading multiple software teams and/or sub-product owners.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience and strong interest in the field of e-mobility and its specific requirements.
- Affinity for programming tools and agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong team player with an independent working style and a quick grasp of new concepts.

Salary
You can expect an attractive and market-compliant salary. The minimum salary on a full-time basis is EUR 3.800,- gross per month. Of course, we pay more – depending on your qualifications and professional experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package awaits you.
