What you achieve with us
- You understand our solution (hardware, software, and services) in sufficient detail to guide and support customers.
- You create system specifications as a basis for implementation for the specialist departments.
- You lead implementation projects and are responsible for their success. In doing so, you independently plan and manage the project and lead an interdisciplinary project team.
- You create customer-specific documentation and configurations.
- You identify recurring customer and market requirements.
- You support the sales team in preparing proposals and in international tenders through requirements analysis and cost calculations.
- You support the operations and service team with your knowledge of the customer-specific system environment.
How you convince us
- You have a completed technical education (FH or university degree, or HTL with relevant professional experience) with a focus on electronics/electrical engineering, mechatronics, or (business) informatics.
- You have gained initial experience as a project manager in a technical environment and possess corresponding project management skills.
- You have knowledge of processes and methods in hardware and software development as well as in IT system integration.
- You have strong presentation and communication skills in German and English; an additional language (e.g., from the CEE region) is an advantage.
- You have experience with (or are interested in gaining experience in) working with Linux-based systems on devices, including handling system images and deploying software on hardware platforms.
- You have experience in (or interest in) system migration projects, such as cloud migration initiatives.
- You are willing to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events (approx. 10%).

Salary
You can expect an attractive and market-compliant salary. The minimum salary on a full-time basis is EUR 3.800,- gross per month. Of course, we pay more – depending on your qualifications and professional experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package awaits you.Benefits
