What you achieve with us
- As a Service Support Engineer for parcel stations, you are the first point of contact for customers and service partners.
- As an internal contact, you will carry out customer-specific software maintenance windows.
- If required, you will carry out on-site visits and take on the role of on-site technician.
- You are responsible for carrying out the initial analysis of incoming customer enquiries, be it tickets, phone calls or emails.
- Before forwarding the analysis, you prepare all relevant data, including machine data, log files and actions already taken, etc..
- You process tickets in full and take responsibility for known problems.
How you convince us
- You have a completed technical education (HTL, or completed apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in the field of mechatronics, computer science, etc.)
- You already have experience in customer service and support line.
- Good English skills are an advantage.
- You are a talented communicator.

Salary
You can expect an attractive and market-compliant salary. The minimum salary on a full-time basis is EUR 3.050,- gross per month. Of course, we pay more – depending on your qualifications and professional experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package awaits you.Benefits
