What you achieve with us
- You lead international product development projects within the Global Product Center Control & I/O – from the initial concept through to successful market launch.
- You plan, manage, and coordinate projects with regard to timelines, quality, costs, and resources while maintaining a clear overall view.
- You lead cross-functional project teams and collaborate closely with colleagues from R&D, Product Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales.
- You coordinate collaboration with international sites as well as external partners and suppliers.
- You identify project risks at an early stage, develop appropriate mitigation measures, and ensure successful project execution.
- You communicate transparently with all stakeholders and present project status updates to management.
- Together with Product Management, you contribute to the further development of the product roadmap and support the creation of innovative solutions for our global markets.
- You actively drive the continuous improvement of our project management methods and processes.
- You ensure that our products are developed on time, to the highest quality standards, and in line with market requirements.
How you convince us
- Completed technical education or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally involving software, hardware, electronics, or digital solutions.
- Knowledge of automation technology.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional and international projects.
- A structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven way of working.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Confident presence with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Salary
You can expect an attractive and market-compliant salary. The minimum salary on a full-time basis is EUR 4.500,-- gross per month. Of course, we pay more – depending on your qualifications and professional experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package awaits you.Benefits
